THINGS TO KNOW:

Screen printing is a great option for bulk printing with vibrant colors. One screen (mesh stencil) is used for every color to be printed. Each screen is lined up and registered by hand. Our automated printing machines allow for consistent printing and heightened detail all the way through. 

We offer full design services to assist you in getting your artwork ready to print with the best possible results. If you would like to send us print-ready art, our preferred vector file types are .ai, .eps, or .pdf. Rasterized (.psd, or .jpg) designs should be no less than 300 dpi at final print size. Please note: AI generated artwork can often be low-resolution and may require an additional artwork fee for our artists to recreate complex designs to be ready for screen printing.

We have an order minimum of 12 pieces per design setup. Our standard turn-around is two weeks once we receive your order and art is approved. For more information, fill out our contact form, or give us a call at 501-760-7283.

Specialty print methods:

  • Direct to Film (DTF) - A high-resolution heat-press transfer with vibrant and durable results.
  • Water Based - A screen printing technique that removes the garment dye and deposits new pigment, resulting in a soft, "no-hand" feel. Best suited for 100% cotton garments.
  • Puff - A heat-reactive additive mixed into ink that expands causing the print to rise off the fabric and create a three-dimensional texture.
  • Full Sublimation Jerseys - A digital printing that permeates and permanently dyes polyester-based fabrics. The design will not crack, peel, or fade.
  • Custom color mixing is available!

EMBROIDERY

Take your garments to the next level with custom embroidery. We offer a wide variety of hat styles, polos, sweaters, outerwear, and accessories to meet your apparel needs.

To achieve the best quality results when stitching, fine details in art need to be simplified. We have the experience and staff available to help you reach your desired look.

Specialty Embroidery:

  • 3D Puff Caps - A raised effect to designs by placing specialized foam under embroidery stitches.
  • Tackle Twill Appliqué - Cut-out pieces of polyester twill fabric applied to garments, typically finished with a zig-zag or satin stitch.

PATCHES

We can turn your design ideas into quality patches in a variety of styles! We currently offer fully embroidered patches, faux and authentic leather, PVC, woven, sublimated twill, 3D embroidery, chenille, metallic and more!

  • Embroidered Patches have a slightly raised texture and are available in heat applied or pressure sensitive options. Can be cut into custom shapes and sizes for application on hate, bags, jackets, and more.
  • PVC Patches are flexible, and durable. Ideal for heavier apparel and outerwear like hats, jackets, backpacks and more.
  • 3D Embroidered Patches add a premium touch to your garments and hats. We offer a large selection of thread and background colors to choose from.
  • Chenille Patches are perfect for schools, sports, and fashion with a soft feel & textured dimension. Add a retro look and plush finish to jackets, hoodies, hats, & more!
  • Woven Patches use an interlaced weaving process to acheive intricate designs with a traditional look. Available in heat seal & pressure sensitive adhesives. Woven Tags also available without adhesive and are meant to be sewn to apparel.
  • Leather Patches, available in genuine and faux options, present your detailed artwork laser etched into leather patches. Add a rugged look to apparel, hats and hard goods. Available in heat applied or pressure sensitive backing.
  • Faux Suede Patches are available in over 20 color choices. Your logo will be laser-etched onto a soft, velvety material with a trendy tone-on-tone look, these patches are perfect for apparel, caps, accessories and more! 
  • Print Stitch Patches combine embroidery and sublimation for a full color, photo-realistic finish that offers the texture and dimension of traditional stitching.
